Egyptian cotton sheets and quilted cotton throws are ideal for bedrooms and Jamaica. Vacation rental homes in the
area are mostly constructed by Maffisanti and characterised by doorways that open wide, wooden louvered windows
and design that complements the tropical backdrop
The villa bedrooms are therefore airy and light with plantation-style windows to take full advantage of tropical breezes.
Ceiling fans within each bedroom reduce the need to use the air conditioning that is also found in each bedroom.
The air conditioned bedrooms are each nicely sized, three of the rooms offer full en suite bathrooms; all bedrooms
are located away from the general living areas of the villa
Bedrooms One and Two are accessed via a connecting lobby to the Living area. The lobby area is a room in itself
opening out on to the rear terrace.
Seating in this area makes it the perfect spot for a quiet read.

- Located on the ground floor, Bedroom One has a four poster bed .
- Bedroom One looks out on to the rear gardens and is conveniently located to access the rear terrace.
- Ample storage is provided with a walk-in closet

Nutmeg
- Located on the ground floor, Bedroom Two has a solid Mahogany King Poster Bed.
- Bedroom Two looks out to the side of the property.
- Privacy is ensured in all bedrooms with the planting of palms and tropical foliage around the villa.
- Ample storage is provided with a walk-in closet
- Linens, curtains and towels are white and ivory in color. Towels are changed daily

Cinnamon
- Located on the first floor, the Master has a solid mahogany King Poster bed.
- Cushions add to the feeling of comfort and maintain the natural theme used throughout this Jamaican
- Louvre doors open out to the balcony which overlooks the front gardens and private swimming pool
- The Master is a large bedroom which also has a wooden louvre window that overlook the rear garden.
- The en suite bathroom with tub and overhead shower is accessed via a private dressing room with ample
- Wooden parquet and ceramic tile flooring is laid throughout the suite.

Pepper
- The room adjoins the Master and although smaller than the other bedrooms comfortably accommodates a
King sized Bed - Cottons and raw silk cushions in Ecru, white and cream create a comfortable cosy atmosphere
- The room is perfectly suited to children who need to sleep next door to parents
- Walk-in wardrobe space is located in the dressing room via the Master Bedroom
- The Bathroom is shared with the Master

Living Room
The neutral decor is continued within the spacious lounge with comfortable furnishings, and entertainment equipment
leading out to the veranda lobby area, rear terrace and dining room.
The soft furnishings are again cottons in neutral and natural colours.
You will also find natural fabrics, mahogany, bamboo, teak and rattan and seagrass furniture within this room.
This informal space is extremely comfortable and is situated at the centre of our Jamaica vacation rental. The

Dining Room
With round mahogany table that comfortably seats eight, the room opens out to the front of the house and is where
evening meals are taken.

Veranda
Our veranda is wonderfully bright, Ideal for early or late morning breakfasts, taking an afternoon siesta, night time
card games or just chilling out; Overlooking the pool and adjacent to the living room, this is a superb family or group
space.
Furniture in this area of the Jamaican Vacation rental are wicker patio furniture and relaxing pool loungers and 'his
and hers' hammocks.
Breakfast at Sencillo can be enjoyed on our large veranda which overlooks the private pool. Indulge in the variety of
fruits found in Jamaica. Vacation Rental rates include the preparation of your meals.
Swimming Pool
- A fun filled '8' shaped pool with fun slide for added enjoyment.
- Pool depth ranges from 4' 3" - 6' 6".

A quiet and shaded spot for tranquil moments.
Overlooking the rear garden, hanging chair hammock and teak relaxing bench.
