We've began by including the items we like to see when we go on a villa
holiday and built on this by focusing on each of the groups that stay with us.

Prior experience in villa holiday rental has helped us greatly - we had
received many suggestions in the past and we put previous feedback forms
to good use.

And so we discussed the things that each group type would want and need
and checked items off, room by room.

Within the Villa holiday amenities, we have also included our services that
are included in the rate. Where there is an additional cost, we say so.

A villa holiday in Jamaica for many of our guests is a once in a lifetime
experience and although Jamaica is certainly an island where you need to
take it easy.. we would not want hiccups because our amenities are not
adequate.
