Sencillo is very well located within a Private Estate with 24 hour access
control. Information on the Mammee Bay can be found on the Mammee
Bay Location page. The information below relates to a 'door to door'
journey and provides an idea of the central location of the villa. You should
note that drive times may vary depending on traffic, time of day etc. We will
provide you with information on transport options : the journeys below can
be easily made without hiring an all day driver and very affordably too.
What to do within 5 -10 minutes' walk
The Beach - The 'owners' beach is a short (5 - 7 minute) walk from the
Villa. This includes water sports (at additional cost) and the Mammee Bay
Beach Club bar and restaurant, Caliente.
The Disco - The Riu, Ocho Rios is the Estate neighbour. Our guests can
purchase day or night passes to access all hotel facilities (except
accommodation and spa which is at extra cost). This includes restaurants
and bar. The Riu is home to the Pacha nightclub.
Horse Riding - this is a locally run activity and based across the street from
the Mammee Bay Estate entrance.
PADI dive Centre - linked to The Riu and on the beach

Dunns River Falls - Climb the famous waterfalls
Swimming with Dolphins - a Range of Water Encounters
Scotchies Jerk Centre - for highly recommended Jerk Chicken

Supermarket and Duty Free Shopping, Craft Martket and a host of other
shops.
Ocho Rios nightlife, clubs and a very good range of restaurants
