How comfortable is the Villa?
We assess the comfort levels and experience of our guests on an ongoing
basis by always asking for feedback.
The villa has its own well-maintained swimming pool which has been a
winner with our past guests.
In addition, our rate includes a full-time housekeeping service - the
cleanliness of the villa is often commented on.
The things that affect comfort levels
Mosquitoes - you may have read about our mosquito management. In
addition we have cotton mosquito canopies in the bedrooms and also
mosquito screens on windows.
The heat - particularly at night - Air conditioning (including the fan option),
cotton bedding, and ceiling fans help with this and of course you can use
the pool anytime you wish.
Expecting the same things as home - when you go somewhere different.

- We're in the tropics - along with the climate, flora and fauna
- There is not a 7-11 on every (or any) corner - Supermarket is 10
minute drive to Ocho Rios Town - staff can sort this if you wish. - If you are looking for luxury very high-end finishes, facilities and
cuisine then we are happy to refer you to one of our partner villas
that may meet your needs.
